„Jeden Tag arbeite ich remote mit verschiedenen indischen Teams. Während der Arbeit habe ich viele ungewöhnliche Verhaltens- und Arbeitsweisen beobachtet und konnte dafür keine plausible Interpretation finden. Im Training hat Frau Bier mich auf interkulturelle Unterschiede und Besonderheiten zwischen Deutschland und Indien und deren historische Hintergründe aufmerksam gemacht.
