Methods
The key to all my training programs is a practical and hands-on approach. I use real life examples, film sequences and simulations to create successful and sustainable learning experiences, which help employees to increase their effectiveness when working with colleagues and customers from other cultures. In my opinion, cross-cultural learning is not limited to the training room – it is a continuous process which has to be developed step by step. My training solutions help to establish awareness and competence along the cross-cultural journey.
